- How are words counted?
- We count source words — the words in your original content before translation. Repeated segments that match translation memory are not counted against your quota.
- Can I add more languages to the Starter plan?
- Yes, additional languages can be added at $8/language/month. Or upgrade to Growth for 25 languages included.
- What happens if I exceed my word limit?
- We notify you at 80% usage. Overages are billed at $0.005 per word. You can upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately.
- Do you offer annual discounts?
- Yes. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price — two months free, about 17% less than paying monthly. Scale contracts are negotiated individually.
