1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LingoSync's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Service Description
LingoSync provides AI-powered translation and localization services including context-aware translation, CI/CD pipeline integration, visual context editing, translation memory, and quality assurance tools. Features may vary by subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to translate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code. You are responsible for the content you submit for translation.
5. Intellectual Property
Translated content generated through our platform is owned by you. LingoSync retains rights to the underlying technology, AI models, translation memory algorithms, and platform.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Word usage is counted based on source words submitted for translation. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Translation memory and glossary data can be exported before cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
LingoSync Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including losses from translation errors. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
